You ask for a performance read and AdWhispr pulls the connected account's real results, measures them against your goals, explains what changed and why, and names the next move. It reports only numbers the account can verify. No invented benchmarks, no spend it cannot see.

## Use this when

You need a clear, honest report for a client, a founder, or yourself: results against goal, what moved since the last period, and what to do next, across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Do not use this to hunt for waste and get a ranked fix list: that is the Ad Account Audit skill. To act on what the report shows and move budget toward what is working, use the Budget Reallocation skill.

## What you need

- A connected ad account on Meta, Google, or TikTok. Connection is a one-time setup at /integrations.
- The reporting window and the goal you are judging against (target CPA, ROAS, or lead cost), so the report measures against your bar rather than a generic one.

## How it runs

1. Confirm the account, the date range, and the comparison period.
2. Read live results: spend, conversions, cost per result, and the metrics your goal is set on.
3. Compare against the goal and against the prior period.
4. Explain the movement: which campaigns drove the change, up or down, from the account data.
5. Name the next move, tied to what the numbers show.
6. Return a clean report, entirely read-only.

## What the skill checks

- Reads live data at run time, so the report reflects the account now, not a cached figure.
- Reports only verifiable metrics the account returns. It does not estimate spend or invent a benchmark to compare against.
- Ranks by what is at stake: the campaigns moving the result most are explained first.

## When it stops

- Done: a report with results against goal, period over period movement, the drivers, and the next move.
- Partial: one platform of a multi-platform account is unreadable, so it reports the rest and flags the gap.
- Blocked: no connected account, or no data in the window. It says so plainly rather than filling the gap with estimates.

## What it will and won't do

Read only. It reports and never changes the account: no pausing, no budget moves, no edits. Acting on the report is a separate skill that pauses for your approval before anything changes.

## What you get

An honest performance report: results against your goal, how they moved since the last period, the specific campaigns behind the change, and a next move grounded in the data. Every figure is from your account. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is changed.

## FAQ

### What goes into an ad performance report?

Results against your goal, movement since the prior period, the campaigns that drove the change, and a next move tied to the numbers. Every figure comes from the connected account, reported the way the account returns it, with no invented benchmark.

### Can it compare this period to the last one?

Yes. You set the window and the comparison period, and it reads both live, then explains what moved and which campaigns caused it.

### Does it pull Meta, Google, and TikTok into one report?

Yes. It reads whichever of those accounts you have connected and reports them together. If one platform is unreadable, it reports the rest and names the gap.

### Will it change anything in my account?

No. It is read only. It reports and stops. Acting on the report, moving budget or pausing a campaign, is a separate skill that asks for your approval first.
