You ask AdWhispr to put your budget where it is working. It reads the connected account, finds the capped winners and the weak spenders, and proposes moves that shift spend toward what is converting. It applies nothing on its own: every change is proposed first and made only when you approve it, sized to avoid resetting the learning phase.

Use this when

Your best campaigns are budget-capped while weak ones keep spending, or pacing has drifted and you want money moved toward proven performers without blowing up the algorithm's learning. Works across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Do not use this just to see what is wrong. For a read-only picture of waste and a ranked fix list, use the Ad Account Audit skill. For a plain state read of what is running, use the Account State Check skill. This is the one skill here that actually moves budget, and only with your go-ahead.

What you need

  • A connected ad account on Meta, Google, or TikTok, with permission to change budgets. Connection is a one-time setup at /integrations.
  • Your goal (target CPA, ROAS, or lead cost), so the moves chase the right outcome.
  • A sense of your total budget ceiling, so reallocation stays within what you can spend.

How it runs

  1. Confirm the account, the goal, and the budget window.
  2. Read live performance across campaigns and ad sets or ad groups.
  3. Identify the capped winners (hitting budget while beating the goal) and the weak spenders (spending without results).
  4. Propose specific moves: how much to shift, from where to where, each sized to avoid resetting learning.
  5. Show the proposal with the reasoning and the expected direction, then wait for your explicit approval.
  6. Apply only the moves you approve, then report what changed.

What the skill checks

  • Reads live performance at run time, not a stale assumption, because yesterday's winner can be today's laggard.
  • Uses only verifiable metrics from the account: spend, results, and cost per result. No invented ROAS.
  • Ranks moves by what is at stake, and sizes each one to protect the learning phase rather than swinging budgets hard.

When it stops

  • Done: proposal presented, approved moves applied, and a summary of before and after.
  • Partial: some moves approved and applied, others declined and left untouched, all reported.
  • Blocked: no connected account, no budget-change permission, or too little data to tell a winner from a laggard. Reported plainly, with nothing moved.

What it will and won't do

This is the one skill here that can change your account, and only on your terms. It proposes every move first, explains it, and applies it solely when you explicitly approve, sized to avoid resetting learning. It never moves budget silently, never spends beyond the ceiling you set, and it leaves anything you decline exactly as it was.

What you get

A reallocation plan grounded in live performance: which winners are capped, which spenders are weak, and the specific budget moves to fix it, each sized to protect learning. After your approval, a report of exactly what moved and what it was before. Nothing happens without your yes.

FAQ

How do I move budget to my best-performing ads?

The skill reads live performance, finds the campaigns beating your goal that are capped by budget, and proposes shifting spend to them from the weak spenders. You approve the moves you want, and it applies only those.

Will this reset my campaigns' learning phase?

That is what the sizing is for. Each proposed move is kept small enough to steer spend without triggering a learning reset, so you gain the reallocation without paying the algorithm to relearn from scratch.

Does it change my budgets automatically?

No. It proposes every change and applies it only when you explicitly approve. It never moves budget silently, and anything you decline stays exactly as it was.

Which platforms does it work on?

Meta, Google, and TikTok, on whichever accounts you have connected with budget-change permission. It reads performance and proposes moves per platform.
