Using AdWhispr in Slack

How to add AdWhispr to your Slack workspace and use it from a DM or a channel to research competitors, clone ads, generate video ads, and launch or manage campaigns, with a Confirm button on anything that spends.

AdWhispr works inside Slack as a chat assistant. You message it like a teammate, in a direct message or by @mentioning it in a channel, and it answers using your own AdWhispr account, with your plan and your limits. Anything you can ask the AdWhispr agent on the website you can ask here.

Add AdWhispr to your workspace

Click Add to Slack below and approve the app for your workspace. It is a two-click install and it is free to add. You can also start from the AdWhispr for Slack page.

Add to Slack

Connect your account

The first time you message the bot, it shows a Connect AdWhispr button. Tap it, sign into your AdWhispr account, and you are set. From then on every answer runs on your account, so your saved brand, your connected ad accounts, and your credits are the ones in play. Each Slack user connects their own account, so the bot always acts as the person who is asking.

What you can ask

Research competitors

Ask who is advertising in your space, pull a competitor's live Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok ads, get their winning hooks and a competitive brief, or research keywords. Competitor ads come back as image cards under the reply. See Cloning competitor ads for how research turns into your own creative.

Create ads

Clone a competitor's image ad into your brand, or turn a video, a script, or just an idea into a finished video ad. Writing a video script is free. When a script is ready, an Approve render button appears under the reply, and you tap it to start and pay for the render, so a paid render never runs on its own. When the video is ready it is posted back into the same Slack thread, shown as a thumbnail with a Watch video link, because Slack cannot play video inline.

Launch and manage campaigns

Connect your Meta, Google, TikTok, or X account and launch, pause, resume, or adjust budgets from the chat. Anything that spends or changes live money shows a Confirm button first, and campaigns are always created paused, so nothing runs until you tap Confirm. Pausing a campaign happens right away, because it only stops spend. See Launching your first campaign and Reading performance and cutting wasted spend.

Manage your brand

Save or update your brand, add a product, remove a product, or clear your brand, all from the chat. Deletes take effect right away, so the bot confirms which item you mean when it is not obvious.

Direct messages and channels

In a direct message the bot replies inline. In a channel, @mention it and it replies in a thread so the conversation stays tidy. It remembers recent turns in a DM or a thread, so you can say things like show me their best ones without naming the brand again.

Privacy

Every answer runs on your own AdWhispr account. The Slack integration processes the text of your message to produce a reply and does not keep your Slack messages afterward, and the bot does not read channels it was not addressed in. Removing the app from your workspace deletes the stored connection. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
