Everything AdWhispr keeps for you can be seen, disconnected or removed from Settings, and your whole account can be deleted on request. This page says where each control lives and what it removes.
What AdWhispr stores
- Your account: the email you signed up with, your plan, and your usage.
- Your saved business: the website or description you gave so ads can be written for your real product, with the logo and product photos it found or you uploaded.
- Connected ad accounts: an access token for each ad platform you connected (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, X, ChatGPT Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn), stored encrypted. AdWhispr never sees your password: you sign in on the platform's own screen.
- Connected assistants: a sign-in token for each app you connected AdWhispr to (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Slack, Cursor and others). These let that app act on your AdWhispr account as you.
- Your work: tracked brands, conversations, creatives in your library, launched campaigns and their previews.
The full list, with how long each is kept, is in the privacy policy.
Disconnect an ad account
Open Settings and find Ad accounts. Tick the accounts to remove and press Disconnect. Disconnecting deletes the stored token immediately; AdWhispr can no longer read or change that account. Campaigns you launched keep running on the platform, exactly as they were, because they live in your ad account, not in AdWhispr.
You can also revoke access from the platform's side (for example Facebook's Business Integrations settings, or the connected apps page in your Google account). AdWhispr's next call then fails and the account shows as needing to be reconnected.
Disconnect an assistant
Open Settings and the Connected apps tab. Every assistant that signed in to your AdWhispr account is listed with the date it connected. Remove signs that app out: its tokens are deleted and its next request is refused until you connect it again from the app's side. Agent keys you created yourself are under the Agent keys tab and can be deleted there.
Removing an app from its own side (unlinking AdWhispr in Gemini, deleting the connector in Claude, removing the app from Slack) has the same effect on that connection.
Clear your saved business
Open My Brand from the sidebar and use Clear all business info. It removes the saved website, description, logo and product photos. Ads you already launched are not changed.
Delete your account
Email privacy@adwhispr.com from the address you signed up with and ask for the account to be deleted. We confirm by reply and delete the account with everything above: saved business, connected ad accounts and their tokens, connected assistants, tracked brands, conversations, creatives and campaign previews. Backups can hold a copy for a limited period before they are overwritten; the privacy policy states the period.
Deleting your AdWhispr account does not touch your ad accounts or the campaigns in them. Pause or end those in the ad platform first if you want them stopped.
Export your data
The same address handles export requests: a copy of what the account holds, as files, within a few business days. We may ask you to confirm you own the account before sending it.
